The Opportunity: As a Lead Finance Business Partner Dublin Plant, you will collaborate with key stakeholders providing valuable financial insights to support optimal decision making at the Dublin plant.

Your role is also responsible for monthly management reporting, budget & forecast preparation along with investment evaluation, while ensuring the appropriate control and value-add of plant expenditure.

Key Responsibilities: Develop strong relationships with Plant Management and other key stakeholders and provide relevant financial analysis to support decision-making, while actively participating in strategy development and site management meetings.

Provide financial data and insights to support site activities for cost optimisation, volume maximization and new product introduction along with operational excellence initiatives and investment business cases.

Collaborate with global plant finance teams to harmonize processes, leverage best practices in management accounting and implement process/system efficiency improvements Oversee all aspects of management accounting, reporting and JSOX compliance for the Dublin plant, including the monthly close and costing process, reporting, sales and product costing, inventory management, stocktakes, relevant external reporting and conducting ad-hoc analyses as needed.

Manage the budgeting & forecasting cycles for Dublin site, including functional partnering for cost consolidation, headcount planning & costing, volume forecasting, product costing, business case compilation & presentation to leadership.

Mentor finance graduates and undertake additional activities and projects as directed by the line manager.

Essential Knowledge & Experience: Previous experience in an accounting environment, including experience in a finance business partnering role with a proven track record in strategy development and implementation.

Expertise in product costing within a multi-product environment, on an SAP platform (or similar ERP System) with knowledge of SAP FI/CO, PP, SD, and MM modules preferably.

Experience in data analytics and business intelligence (BI) tools.

Education: Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or equivalent.

Additional information: This is a permanent, full-time position.

Position is based in Dublin, Ireland.

This position requires you to be in the office 2-3 times a week.
