We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Sandyford.
Suitable candidates should be living in Dublin.
This role will suit an ambitious and confident individual, who is comfortable working in a busy and fast paced business, where hard work is financially rewarded.
This role would also be ideal for candidates coming from a people facing role such as Hospitality, Education, Personal Training or Recruitment Coordination backgrounds, who are looking for a career change.
Role: The successful Recruitment Consultantwill manage the full360 recruitment process.
Business development with new and existing clients.
Managing your own client database.
Source and screen top candidates Creating job specifications for clients roles.
You will receive excellent training and work closely with highly skilled Recruiters, who will mentor you to become an expert in your field.
Requirements: Degree from a recognised third level institution in Ireland preferred.
Ideally have at least one year experience working in an office/recruitment environment in Ireland.
A background in a people facing role such as Sales, Recruitment Coordination, Hospitality, Education or Personal Training highly considered.
The ideal Recruitment Consultant will be committed to offering the highest professional standards.
