Recruitment Consultant - Full Training Provided

Access Healthcare is expanding and seeking motivated Junior Recruiters. You'll receive structured, accredited training, take full ownership of recruitment solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-reward environment with clear goals and real impact.

Average Year 1 Compensation: €45,000 (Base salary + uncapped commission with potential for higher earnings).

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, in-person at our Dublin city centre office.
