Site Manager

This is a long-term opportunity, with the project just beginning and further works planned in the region.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all on-site civil works, including groundworks, utilities, roads, and drainage.
Manage direct labour and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to spec.
Monitor site progress, report daily activities, and attend site meetings.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental standards.
Interpret construction drawings and ensure works are carried out accordingly.
Liaise with engineers, project management, and key stakeholders.
Maintain quality control and oversee inspections and testing as required.
Requirements: 5+ years experience as a Site Manager or Civils Foreman on residential or civil engineering projects in Ireland.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Full clean driving licence.
