Finance Team Lead Full-time | Permanent A leading organisation is seeking a Finance Team Lead to manage its Accounts Payable and Receivable functions.
This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead a small finance team, support month-end close, and contribute to financial reporting and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities Oversee AP/AR operations and ensure accurate coding and reconciliation Support month-end close, including journals, accruals, and reporting Prepare management accounts and assist with audits Maintain financial systems and internal controls Guide and develop finance team members Liaise with departments to resolve queries and improve processes Requirements Part or fully qualified accountant 3+ years' experience in a similar finance role Strong Excel and ERP skills (e.g.
