Dublin (Hybrid Work) Rate: €500 per/day depending on experience Overview: Our clients are seeking a contracted Solution Architect - SAP Success Factors who can bridge business needs with technology solutions, ensuring successful end-to-end HR transformation.
This is a key role in shaping innovative, scalable solutions in dynamic enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities: Design and oversee the architecture of SAP Success Factors solutions across multiple modules, aligning with business goals.
Lead workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders to define robust solution designs.
Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Provide technical leadership on integrations, data migration, and platform scalability.
Ensure compliance with best practices and governance frameworks in cloud HR technology.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience architecting SAP Success Factors solutions, ideally across Employee Central and at least one other module (e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS).
Strong knowledge of integration tools and methodologies (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, APIs).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A track record of delivering HRIS transformations in medium to large organisations.
SAP Success Factors certifications and experience in Agile or hybrid project environments are a plus.
