A leading international financial services organisation is seeking a motivated HR professional to join their Human Resources team in Dublinon an18-month fixed-term contract.

??Location: Dublin (Hybrid 2 days in office) ??Contract: Fixed-Term, 18 months ??Eligibility: Candidates must have the Right to Work in Ireland (EU Citizen, Stamp 4 or Stamp 1 G visa holders) What youll be doing: Partner with the business to deliver on the People Agenda Drive recruitment, onboarding & talent development initiatives Support performance management and employee engagement activities Administer payroll, pensions, and benefits Manage HR systems and ensure compliance with Irish employment law Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices What were looking for: Strong HR generalist experience across core functions Proficiency in HR systems (Workday a plus) Excellent understanding and experience of Irish employment law Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset ?? This role offers the chance to work across the full HR spectrum while contributing to meaningful projects in a purpose-driven organisation with a strong global presence.
