Inside Sales Agent

About the role: We are currently looking for a number of highly motivated results-orientated?inside sales agents?to join us to help us grow our residential customer base in the ROI through a programme of multi-channel sales and customer-retention campaigns and activities.
This is a permanent opportunity.
We are looking for individuals who love to interact with customers, have excellent sales, business development and customer engagement experience and who want to bring their capabilities in this area to the next level.
Main areas of responsibilities Outbound Sales & Retention calling to our residential market.
Renegotiating customer contracts digitally and over the phone.
Minimising Customer Churn by promoting our excellent product range.
Managing Inbound Customer Sales and Renewal calls.
Identifying and closing Cross Selling opportunities.
Re-engaging with and re-activating lost customer accounts.
Enhancing our Customer First culture through professional engagement.
Your flexibility to assist other sales areas of the company including supporting trade shows and events as required is essential.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate for this role will possess 1-2 years of experience in a similar position within the energy, telecoms, or financial services sectors, with a strong emphasis on outbound phone-based sales.
A third-level education is preferred.
The successful candidate must be driven, ambitious, and eager to make a positive impact through their work.
They should have strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and a solid understanding of digital sales and social selling.
Excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and exceptional negotiation skills are essential.
Additionally, the candidate should exhibit a proactive, self-motivated work ethic, ensuring they can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
