Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Transformation Business Analyst to join our team at Oliver James.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a leading Financial Services client as they undergo a large-scale transformation phase.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and implement the Treasury Management System (TMS) solution in collaboration with FIS, our implementation partner.
  • Enhance our business-as-usual (BAU) processes and controls.
  • Partner effectively with Treasury and Finance teams to ensure the TMS and related BAU processes meet functionality, reporting, audit, and control needs.
  • Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear user stories.
  • Maintain traceability of requirements and user stories throughout the product life cycle.
  • Ensure alignment between requirements, user stories, and test outcomes.
About You:

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in finance and corporate treasury transformation projects.

You will have a proven history of successfully implementing TMS projects and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements management skills.

You will work closely with our Treasury and Finance teams to deliver impactful results.

What We Offer:

This is a Dublin-based role that requires 2 days on-site per week.

The contract is for 12 months with full-time permanent options available.
