Product Manager Financial Services Dublin, Ireland We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in financial services to join a dynamic product team.
This is a permanent, full-time role offering the opportunity to take full ownership of a product suite, shape strategy, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs while driving commercial success.
As Product Manager, you will be the champion of your product, serving as the single source of truth for stakeholders and the key advocate for customer needs.
Youll define and execute product strategies, manage the full product lifecycle, and collaborate across teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Key Responsibilities Define, develop, and execute product strategies in line with commercial and growth objectives.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential risks.
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Act as the product advocate across internal and external stakeholders, including Operations, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, IT, and Change teams.
Monitor and analyse product performance, driving improvements to meet business and customer expectations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Support cross-product innovation and identify opportunities for streamlining.
Maintain product documentation, FAQs, and resources to enable business and customer understanding.
Represent the product in projects and change initiatives, ensuring deliverables align with business needs.
What Youll Bring 5+ years experience in product management within financial services.
Bachelors degree in a related field (Masters or professional qualification a plus).
Fully Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) or part-qualified (APA) with up-to-date CPD hours, or working towards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in project and change management principles.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and the confidence to advocate for customers in a regulated environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Skilled decision-making ability, with confidence to escalate appropriately when required.
Personal Attributes Highly motivated, results-oriented, and resilient.
Strong leadership skills, able to bring stakeholders on the journey.
Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach.
Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
