Were Hiring: Fundraising Executive.
We are looking for a motivated and organised Fundraising Executive to join the team in Dublin 6 and play a key role in supporting our fundraising activities.
Full-time | 35 hours per week- Fully office-based : Dublin 6 Contract: 1 Nov 2025 29 May 2026 Hours: 9:00 am 5:00 pm (35 hours per week) Pay: 15.38 per hour This role is perfect for someone who is a strong communicator, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about making a difference within the charity sector.
Key Responsibilities: Recruit volunteers to cover.
Phone volunteers and confirm their participation on the day as a follow on from their registration of interest in the event.
Co-ordinate which stores the volunteers are covering and who is the lead volunteer for each store.
Update the tracker of volunteers for each store and report to the Community Events Officer ensuring all stores are covered.
Issue follow up letters and packs to the lead volunteer as directed by the Community Events Officer.
Support the fundraising team Provide support for upcoming events.
Help to prepare and issue packs for upcoming campaigns Help with stock management Print and issue mail-outs Provide telephone support, answering calls and queries Update and extract information from our database General administrative support of the fundraising team as required What were looking for: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Confident working on the phone and engaging with volunteers Organised, motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks Proficient in MS Office; database experience (Salesforce a plus) A team player with a positive attitude Previous experience in fundraising or the charity sector.
