Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCo I) are recruiting for: Head of Services Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCo I) supports people with physical/intellectual disabilities and autism.

CCo I operates Residential and Day Services across 16 locations, in which residents and day-attendees are supported to live an ordinary life, a life like any other.

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Servicesto join our team.

Job Title: Head of Services Contract: Permanent Location: National Office, Dunshane Community, Naas, Co Kildare (Hybrid) Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) Salary: 76,152.00 - 98,835.00 per annum The Head of Services will: 1.

Support the CEO in achieving all CCo I strategic objectives and full participate as a member of the Senior Management Team, taking collective responsibility for the corporate governance of the organisation.

2.

Develop short, medium and long term business objectives which are turned into effective, affordable and achievable annual service plans, and establish corresponding key performance indicators which conform with or exceed mandatory and or best established guidelines.

3.

Prepare and agree service level agreements with the HSE and other pertinent stakeholders as required.

4.

Develop and implement robust and effective planning and control systems to monitor operational performance against CCo I and HSE key performance indicators and develop robust action plans to address areas of underperformance.

5.

Ensure that predictive management systems are in place to anticipate and manage opportunities and problems in service delivery.

6.

Support the CEO and Board of Management in CCo I to ensure compliance and accountability in respect of all business of CCo I in its entirety.

7.

Deliver change through partnership with the various internal and external stakeholders.

Personally demonstrate behavior consistent with the Values of the Organisation and ensures this is reflected across the workforce.

Provide leadership and development of team What you will need: 1.

Hold a Masters relevant to this role i.e.

Social Work, Social Care Management, or other relevant discipline 2.

Post graduate qualification in Management 3.

A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior management post or a minimum of 3 years experience in a Head of Service or equivalent role 4.

A minimum of 2 years experience working in the disability sector 5.

Robust knowledge of HIQA regulations and all legislative compliance requirements 6.

Strong working knowledge of National Policy relating to Intellectual Disability and Mental Health 7.

Comprehensive experience of Risk Management & Health and Safety 8.

Knowledge of Budgeting and Financial Reporting 9.

Candidates must possess the competencies and skills appropriate to working with persons with an intellectual disability.
