Executive Leader for Disability Services

Camphill Communities of Ireland is a leading social care provider dedicated to supporting individuals with physical/intellectual disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

We are seeking an experienced executive leader to oversee and develop high-quality residential and day services that transform lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic input to organisational development
  • Lead service operations aligned with our ethos, strategy, and national standards
  • Oversee performance, quality improvement, and compliance across services
  • Drive organisational development and manage large-scale change
  • Ensure best practice in safeguarding and disability support
  • Represent us externally and deputise for the CEO when needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a Master's degree relevant to this role i.e. Social Work, Social Care Management, or other relevant discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior management post within health and social care OR a minimum of 3 years experience in a Head of Service or equivalent role
  • Robust knowledge of HIQA regulations and all legislative compliance requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of National Policy relating to Intellectual Disability and Mental Health
  • Candidates must possess the competencies and skills appropriate to working with persons with an intellectual disability
  • Comprehensive experience of Risk Management & Health and Safety
  • Knowledge of Budgeting and Financial Reporting
