Executive Culinary Director

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Culinary Director to oversee our kitchen operations, driving excellence in food quality and service.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will lead a team of experienced chefs, managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality dishes, and maintaining a cost-effective menu. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing new menu concepts
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies
- Collaborating with front-of-house staff and other departments
- Recruiting and training kitchen staff
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
