The Opportunity: Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for carrying out your assigned duties in accordance with site policies and procedures, as well as maintaining compliance with site safety, environmental, and operational standards.
You will also be expected to deliver on the function's objectives in support of the site's goals and strategic priorities, including providing support for area projects.
In addition, you will actively participate in the site's Operational Excellence Programme and contribute fully to its implementation within the Production area.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure manufacturing compliance with c GMP, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, HSE, environmental legislation, and site standards, maintaining knowledge via training.
Report hazardous occurrences, incidents, deviations, and abnormal events promptly and accurately.
Operate and monitor production plants to maximise efficiency and meet process requirements.
Execute tasks per SOPs/MIR, including ingredient prep, batch loading, and sampling.
Perform plant support activities such as lab sample delivery, blockage clearance, and filter change-outs.
Contribute to and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and related functions.
Identify and drive opportunities to improve operations, procedures, and efficiency.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or possess transferable skills related to the role.
Education: Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
Additional Information: This position is based in P3 Dublin Plant and will require on-site work circa 40hrs per week.
In addition, the candidate must be willing to work additional hours and/or travel as required by the business.
Shift work may be required in the future depending on site demands.
The position involves working directly with the Production operations team and in close collaboration with EHS and other site functions connected with the assigned duties.
This is a permanent position.
