Process Improvement Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead process simplification and improvement initiatives across our organisation. As a Process Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence through lean methodologies, automation, and end-to-end process enhancements.

About the Role
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and teams to design and deliver process improvement initiatives that drive tangible financial and non-financial benefits.
  • Lead complex process improvements, utilising lean six sigma tools and methodologies to simplify processes, reduce waste, and enhance customer and colleague experience.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to embed digital, data, and customer strategies into wider operational excellence initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale process improvement initiatives in the financial services sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of lean, agile, and service design methodologies (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt desirable).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with ability to interpret data at both detailed and strategic levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience operating in complex matrix environments.
