Facilities Maintenance Technician Days (Mon Fri) | Louth | €50,000€60,000 A well-established manufacturing company in Louth is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability and upkeep of building systems, utilities, and equipment.
This is a permanent day-shift role offering stability and a strong work-life balance.
The Package: €50,000€60,000 depending on experience Permanent, full-time position (Mon Fri, day shift) Pension and additional benefits Key Responsibilities: Carry out maintenance and repairs on site utilities, HVAC, and building systems Perform preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults Monitor building energy systems and recommend efficiency improvements Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports Support external contractors and coordinate service schedules What Youll Need: Mechanical, electrical, or facilities maintenance background Experience working in a manufacturing or facilities environment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and organisational ability Full Irish driving licence Apply now with your CV to speak in confidence with Talent Curve Recruitment.
