We're Growing Join Our Warehouse & Logistics Recruitment Team as a Recruitment Administrator Are you organised, proactive, and ready to build a career in recruitment? We're expanding our Warehouse and Logistics Divisions nationwide and are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our experienced team.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our consultants and ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates.
This is a varied and dynamic role where no two days are the same.
You'll be helping to place candidates in a wide range of warehouse and logistics roles, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met, and providing top-tier customer service.
Responsibilities Support consultants with day-to-day recruitment administration Post job ads and manage applications Screen candidates and coordinate interviews Ensure all compliance documents are collected and filed correctly Liaise with clients and candidates to ensure smooth onboarding Maintain and update our internal systems Assist with payroll and timesheets when required Provide general office support and contribute to team goals Requirements: Previous admin or recruitment support experience (logistics/warehouse sector is a bonus) Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment Benefits: Competitive salary Clear career progression and professional development Access to training and education opportunities Be part of a supportive, energetic, and successful team Skills: Recruiting Human Resources Diversity Communication Organizational Skills
