Senior Tax Manager Practice Location: Dublin City | Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 | Full-time, Permanent, Remote An established tax practice is seeking to appoint a Senior Tax Manager as part of succession planning and growth within their Irish operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong Irish market experience to join a dynamic team and contribute to both advisory and compliance services.

Role Responsibilities Oversee Transfer Pricing, International Tax, and reporting obligations (Irish and African), including preparation/review of corporation tax returns and tax provisions.

Provide tax advisory support on business initiatives such as mergers & acquisitions, cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and financing structures.

Monitor tax risks and planning opportunities, keeping senior leadership updated on changes in Irish and international tax legislation.

Drive business development in the Irish market, winning new clients and increasing revenue with the support of the existing team.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing trusted, professional advice across a range of tax matters.

Opportunity for candidates with broad tax experience to re-specialise, particularly in transfer pricing or other strategic advisory areas.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery while contributing to growth and market expansion.

Ideal Candidate Profile ACA or legal qualification preferred; CTA desirable but not essential.

Proven experience in corporate tax or broad tax advisory across multiple areas.

Strong interest in transfer pricing with willingness to specialise.

Entrepreneurial mindset with motivation to grow the business and support team development.

Experience in business development, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration is a strong advantage.

Must have Irish market experience and be eligible to work in Ireland (no visa sponsorship available).
