Job Title: Dutch Business Development Executive Location: South Dublin (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) Salary: OTE 60,000 ( 40,000 base plus 20,000 commission however this is uncapped) Working model/hours: Standard office hours, Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level with a global tech leader? We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Dutch Business Development Executive to join a fast-growing project supporting one of the world's most recognisable tech brands.

In this role, you'll play a key part in generating high-quality leads and creating real impact in the enterprise and corporate space across the Benelux region.

You'll engage directly with prospects, uncover their challenges, and introduce smart, transformative solutions.

What You'll Be Doing: Proactively identify and qualify new business leads Reach out to potential clients through calls and email outreach Build rapport and present the value proposition of innovative digital tools and solutions Account management of existing clients Understand customer needs and align them with tailored solutions Book meetings and introductory calls between prospects and the wider sales team Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales targets Develop a strong understanding of the product suite and effectively communicate its business impact Share success stories and case studies with prospects in strategic industries What We're Looking For: Full professional fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written) A self-starter with strong motivation to develop within a sales environment Proven experience hitting sales targets or KPIs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in sales or business development is a must (ideally in tech or Saa S) Ability to manage your own pipeline and work autonomously Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, as well as outreach platforms like Sales Loft or Tech-savvy, with a genuine interest in how technology can solve real-world business problems What's On Offer: 40,000 base salary + 20,000 performance bonus Comprehensive health cover from day one Structured onboarding and continuous development opportunities Education reimbursement support Paid day off for your birthday Tax Saver Leap Card & Bike to Work schemes Employee assistance programme and wellness initiatives Recognition programs and top performer incentives If you are interested, please apply to Emily Mason via the link attached.
