Senior Health & Safety Advisor Dublin-Based Projects A leading construction firm is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to join its growing team in Dublin.

Be part of a company that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement Work on major construction projects that shape the future of Dublins built environment Enjoy a supportive team culture with strong career development pathways Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor the companys EHS Management System across active sites Champion a positive health and safety culture among site teams, contractors, and stakeholders Conduct regular site inspections and generate detailed reports to ensure compliance Collaborate closely with project teams to embed best-practice safety standards Provide coaching and guidance to site personnel on EHS matters Build strong working relationships across all levels of the project team Requirements Degree or diploma in Environmental Health & Safety (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred) 8+ years experience in health and safety roles, ideally within construction Strong understanding of Irish health and safety regulations and site practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management systems Whats on Offer Competitive salary Company vehicle or travel allowance Relocation support (if applicable) Laptop and mobile phone Opportunity to work on flagship projects with a Tier 1 contractor A culture that supports professional development and continuous learning
