Role Overview We are seeking an ambitious Building Surveyor looking for a rewarding career journey.
This is a great opportunity for a talented individual to join and strengthen a successful client focused team and to contribute and share in RLBs exciting journey.
The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to the role and demonstrate a track record of delivering excellent customer service, promoting knowledge and best practice across projects and achieving successful outcomes for clients.
Role Responsibilities To ensure business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures Comply with established procurement/commercial/contractual strategies To comply with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards Candidate Profile Qualifications Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body Experience Strong technical delivery experience Good knowledge of JCT Contracts Track record in project management of projects from inception to completion Evidence of working with multiple stakeholders Previously employed by a consultancy Experience working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines Behaviours Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner Excellent specification writing skills Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery Able to build long-term relationships RLB Employee Benefits Our culture is built around enabling you to fulfil your potential, so you can look forward to benefits that include: Hybrid Working - Working patterns to support your work-life balance.
