Vickerstock are working with a Civil Contractor on the appointment of a Site Manager for a large civil infrastructure project in Limerick Your new role as Site Manager: Coordinate subcontractors, site team and other departments Review processes on site and make changes are required to complete project on time and to a high-level of quality.
Manage and mitigate operational risks Ensure all works are completed to company standards Personnel management, such as scheduling, discipline and mentorship Regularly report on site Ensure a strong health and safety culture on site What you'll need to be successful 3 years experience managing large sites Subcontractor management skills Full Driver's Licence Full Right to Work in Ireland Ability to travel - you will be based on one site, however future site locations may vary.
