Job Title:

Site Manager - Building Contractor

Our client is a leading Civil & Building Contractors with operations throughout Ireland.

They require an experienced Site Manager to work on a Limerick City based building project.

Responsibilities include implementing daily and weekly programmes, attending weekly management meetings, maintaining site diaries, managing daily site activities, ensuring productivity targets are met while maintaining quality, managing subcontractors and equipment, and providing leadership to the site team.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience as a construction site manager or foreman working with building contractors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and on-site work.
  • Ability to use time efficiently, maximize productivity, and meet work goals.
