We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale apartment development, with a strong focus on utility project management.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role will involve partnering closely with site teams, design teams, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards in quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of apartment projects to the required quality, programme, health & safety, and environmental standards, in compliance with Planning Permission and Building Regulations.
Prepare and deliver Project Execution Plans including procurement strategy, programmes, budgets, compliance objectives, and risk mitigation.
Oversee the commercial delivery of projects with the commercial team, ensuring value creation and cost control.
Build and manage relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and statutory authorities to drive performance.
Oversee the full lifecycle from inception to aftersales, ensuring the finished apartments meet the highest quality standards.
Lead value engineering and product development, using best-in-class building systems.
Provide leadership to project teams, driving high performance, learning, and a positive culture.
Implement best practice in project controls, reporting, and performance management.
The Candidate: Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.
7+ years post-qualification experience delivering large-scale residential projects, ideally apartments.
Proven track record managing high-performing teams to deliver on time and to high quality.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and knowledge of building regulations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-focused, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities.
