Kildare, is looking for a Production Shift Supervisor to join their state-of-the-art food production facility.

Team Leadership: Lead a team of 20 staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient assembly of goods to the highest quality standard, all while maintaining safe practices.

Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of production lines and operators.

Quality & Targets: Ensure quality standards and production targets are consistently met.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

KPI Monitoring: Measure and review KPIs to achieve the business's production goals.

Shift Flexibility: Work as part of a rotating team across days, evenings, nights, and weekends to meet production needs.

About You: Experience: Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is essential.

Management Experience: Proven track record of managing teams effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Flexibility: Open to working rotating shifts, including weekends and nights.
