Group Accountant

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a large and well-established client based in Cork, offering a dynamic role with room for growth and development.
Responsibilities: Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports in compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the client.
Ensure the timely and accurate completion of audit requirements.
Maintain full compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies across all financial activities.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to transfer pricing policies.
Collaborate closely with the wider accounting team to deliver seamless service to the client.
Mentor and support junior team members as required.
Requirements: Fully-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CPA accountant.
Minimum of 5 years Irish experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a group accounting role or similar within Practice.
Proficient in accounting software such as Sage, Quick Books, Xero, along with advanced Excel skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
