Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of clients across a broad range of industries Planning and executing financial audits in line with risk-based methodologies Ensuring timely completion of audits within agreed budgets Preparing and reviewing statutory financial statements for compliance Analysing financial statements, internal controls, and business processes Supervising, training, and reviewing the work of audit trainees Building strong working relationships with clients and liaising with internal departments to support the audit process Requirements: Exam-qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or equivalent Strong audit experience within practice is essential Solid technical knowledge with an awareness of current financial and regulatory issues High attention to detail and a commitment to quality Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal and communication skills A proactive team player with the ability to work on your own initiative Full Irish driving licence preferred Benefits: Competitive salary of €50,000 €55,000, depending on experience Flexible working hours and hybrid working structure Work from Anywhere Policy Clear career progression through our Competency and Career Paths Framework Comprehensive Learning & Development Programme to support your professional growth Health and wellbeing initiatives focusing on mental, physical, financial, and social wellbeing Active Sports & Social Team with regular events and activities Opportunities to support community projects through our Charity Partner Year-round early finish at 3pm on Fridays and a day off for your birthday If youre a Accountantready for a new challenge, send your CV to Eoin O'Leary , and we can arrange a confidential discussion.
