Site Manager

Requirements include: Minimum 5 years experience in a Site Management role with a main contractor or developer.
Trade background or relevant construction qualification.
Strong attention to detail and proven ability to take ownership of site delivery.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Full clean drivers licence.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all site works to ensure compliance with planning, health & safety, building standards, and quality requirements.
Take full responsibility for day-to-day management on-site, with support from a Contracts Manager, Quantity Surveyor and office team.
Manage trades and labour on-site according to programme and schedules.
Ensure clear communication and reporting from site.
Maintain clean, safe and organised site conditions.
Plan and coordinate procurement of all site materials.
