Desktop Support Engineer 2nd Line Dublin 6 months initially One of our large Financial clients is currently looking for a experienced Desktop Support Engineer 2nd Line support The Employee Technology Support Consultant will be working alongside an existing team who is responsible for all day to day desktop support related activities ensuring all employee issues are dealt with in accordance with our service levels.
The role requires strong technical experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability remain calm under pressure.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving technology initiatives forward and helping our employees stay up to date with the latest technologies all while maintaining a stable support environment.
Good technical knowledge and understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software.
Proficient in office suite and other collaboration solutions.
