Job Opportunity: Test Manager (Dublin/Hybrid) Duration: 6 months Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Day Rate: €400 via Umbrella Company Are you a passionate and experienced Test Manager looking to make a significant impact in the financial services industry? Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a talented Test Manager for a 6-month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where your expertise will help shape the future of financial services What You'll Do: As the Test Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and managing the test strategy for a large multi-year regulatory programme within the EU.

Collaborating with Technology, Operations, Front Office, and third-party vendors, your responsibilities will include: - Crafting a comprehensive test strategy that encompasses: - Component Testing - System Integration Testing - User Acceptance Testing - Volume Testing - End-to-End Testing - Market-wide Industry Testing Planning and managing end-to-end project/UAT on behalf of Operations.

Coordinating environment readiness discussions with technology teams.

Driving defect management and UAT governance routines.

Producing test metrics and management information for senior stakeholders using JIRA and Tableau.

Managing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to ensure a smooth Go-live.

Ensuring Global Change Standards and Enterprise Procedures are adhered to.

What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: Proven track record in creating and executing a test strategy for large multi-year programmes.

Proficiency in JIRA and Tableau.

Experience in Global Markets Operations, with the ability to engage confidently with clients.

Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.

Ability to thrive under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team.

Self-motivated and capable of managing your own time while knowing when to escalate issues.
