Our Miswest vbvased Client has an opportunity for a Warehouse teamkeader to join their expanding team.

To perform all warehouse duties in a safe, timely and compliant manner consistent with site procedures, EHS regulations, GMP and GDP requirements.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse, including managing staff, inventory, and ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities: Staff Management: Assign tasks, manage shift rotations, train new employees, and coach existing ones to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

Inventory Control: Ensure accurate inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and maintain proper stock rotation.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and procedures, and implement changes to enhance efficiency.

Safety Compliance: Ensure all warehouse activities are conducted safely and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Communication: Work closely with other shifts/departments to ensure seamless operations and provide daily support to management.

Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and help team members achieve daily targets.

Logistics: Oversee trailer services, and manage logistics within the warehouse.

Quality Control: Ensure the quality of products received, stored, and shipped.

Essential Skills and Qualifications: Previous warehouse supervisory experience is essential.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to train and motivate team members.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience using warehouse inventory management systems is desirable.

Ensure all waste is disposed of as per our Licence requirements, correctly segregated and materials stored in a correct manner Ensure unsafe and potentially non-compliant environmental conditions are proactively identified and resolved Keep an energy and cost aware focus and work to reduce energy usage and waste on site Comply with all EHS and QA policies and procedures Skills: Warehouse Management warehouse supervisor Benefits: pension healthcare
