Commercial Property Solicitor

The role is open to solicitors with 2 years + PQE in Property.
You will work on a variety of high profile property transactions, including acquisitions, sales, development, landlord and tenant matters, and real estate finance.
This is an ideal position for a proactive solicitor eager to build expertise in a fast paced, high quality commercial property team.
Key Responsibilities Advising clients on a full range of commercial property matters.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial property agreements and contracts.
Managing and developing your own caseload with guidance from senior colleagues.
Working on high profile and complex property transactions.
Collaborating with colleagues across offices and practice areas.
Liaising with clients, counterparties, and other parties in a professional and efficient manner.
Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the firms thought leadership.
Essential Skills and Experience Qualified solicitor with commercial property experience (ideally 2 years + PQE).
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Client focused, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Commitment to professional development and staying up to date with property law.
