Experienced Commercial Property Solicitor Wanted

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly experienced solicitor in commercial property law. We are seeking a skilled professional with 35 years PQE to manage a diverse caseload of transactions and provide commercially sound legal advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and refinancing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate leases, contracts, licences, and other property-related documentation.
  • Advise a wide range of clients including developers, investors, SMEs, and corporate occupiers.
  • Conduct title reviews, prepare due diligence reports, and assist with commercial and mixed-use developments.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, surveyors, lenders, and external legal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, professional, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with 35 years PQE in commercial property law.
  • Proven ability to handle transactions independently and provide commercially sound legal advice.
  • Strong technical knowledge of NI property law and related documentation.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, client-focused approach and attention to detail.
