About Maple & May Maple & May, a Choice subsidiary, provides private rented accommodation and affordable homes for sale, and is launching a new Intermediate Rent programme across Northern Ireland.

The Opportunity We are seeking a Board Member for Maple & May with residential property expertise and strong market intelligence on local demand, pricing, and future pipeline trends.
Your experience will inform opportunity evaluation, sensitivity analysis, and the application of financial metricssuch as net present value (NPV) and internal rate of return (IRR)to risk management and the scrutiny of scheme proposals.
You will also support, at a strategic level, the launch of the Intermediate Rent programme across Northern Ireland.
This is an opportunity to contribute to an organisation with the ambition, scale, and resources of Choice.
The role will appeal to individuals who recognise the vital contribution that quality social and affordable housing makes to society.
As a Board Member, you will help shape the growth and reputation of Maple & May and the impact it delivers.
Board appointments are non-remunerated and require a commitment to attend approximately six meetings per annum.
