Part of NICVA, we provide outsourced HR, recruitment, and consultancy services to VCS organisations and small businesses across Northern Ireland.

Were recruiting a General Manager to lead this next phase.

Youll run day-to-day operations, deliver outstanding service, and drive business growth.

Youll work closely with the Director of Corporate Services and a skilled network of Associate Partners to expand our reach, build partnerships, and ensure were meeting the needs of our clients.

This role is for someone with the drive to scale the business, who is delivery-focused, and confident leading both people and projects in a values-driven environment.

Youll bring experience in leading teams, growing the client base, and turning strategy into action.
