Junior Project Manager

Youll be working alongside some of the most experienced professionals in the industry, on complex and career-defining projects.
Role Overview: Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, youll help manage the day-to-day running of the site and ensure smooth coordination between teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
The role offers an exceptional learning environment, with strong mentorship and real advancement potential.
Key Responsibilities: Support planning, scheduling, and resourcing of site activities Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance on site Maintain site documentation and assist with project reporting Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams Assist with procurement and subcontractor coordination Identify and resolve on-site challenges quickly and effectively Whats on Offer: Competitive salary: 50k 60k (depending on experience) Company vehicle + fuel card Industry-leading pension contribution Exposure to landmark projects and top-tier clients A truly supportive, team-first work culture where your voice is heard Stability and long-term opportunity with a contractor thats going from strength to strength If you're looking for a company where you can grow your career, not just do a job, this is the opportunity for you.
