The group primarily advises on: International tax and cross border planning for corporate reorganisations, restructurings and inward investment into Ireland Capital markets and structured finance transactions Investment banking and banking transactions Private equity transactions Transfer pricing Asset and project finance for international and domestic aircraft and equipment Mergers, acquisitions, demergers and flotations VAT and indirect taxes and advisory services Real estate tax Tax controversy and tax litigation About the person You are a lawyer / tax advisor, highly client focused and committed to consistently exceeding client expectations.
You have a high level of technical expertise and strong business development acumen.
You are hardworking and resilient, can manage a diverse workload and deliver quality, commercially-focused advice.
You will thrive in a diverse and inclusive environment where you will work in partnership with top legal talent in a market leading team that is continuing to grow.
You will enjoy establishing relationships with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
You are enthusiastic about business development and collaborating to manage valuable client relationships as part of the team.
