Can you help us do that? Head of Response Maintenance 37 hours per week which may include some additional evening or weekend working depending on the needs of the business.

About the role This role will take the lead in overseeing and ensuring accountability for the effective awarding and management of response maintenance service contracts.

The post holder will be responsible for drafting high-quality contractual agreements and ensuring that both the organisation and its contractors meet their obligations.

The post holder will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and development of Clanmils internal direct labour team.

They will ensure contracts are delivered on time, offer value for money, and consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

About you Were looking for an experienced professional with a background in property, construction, or asset management.

Youll have hands-on experience managing building maintenance contracts, leading teams, and delivering planned maintenance programmes.

A strong understanding of asset management, public procurement regulations, and contract frameworks like NEC3 or NHF is essential.

If youre confident in project delivery, contract performance, and driving results across a property portfolio, we want to hear from you.
