Key Responsibilities: Deliver high standards of patient-centred care within the cardiology ward Monitor, assess, and manage patients with cardiac conditions, including post-op care and acute cardiac events Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Assist in diagnostic tests and procedures Liaise effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Uphold infection prevention and patient safety standards Requirements: Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) - active PIN Minimum of 6-12 months post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting (experience in cardiology desirable) Strong clinical skills and a commitment to best practices in cardiac nursing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team and manage time effectively Eligibility to work in Ireland (Stamp 1 G dependent, Stamp 4, EU citizen, or Irish citizen) What We Offer: Competitive salary and premium pay for nights/weekends Opportunities for continued professional development Supportive work environment with experienced team members Access to employee wellness programs Skills: NMBI Nurse Cardiology
