Join Our Team and Make a Difference General Operative Permanent Contract, 39 hours Co Galway Job Purpose Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the purpose of the role is to take a lead position as an individual or as part of a team in the performance of wide-ranging work duties in Product Assembly / Kit building and Warehouse tasks.
To assist in a variety of production processes, ensuring high quality controls and safe work practices.
What we're looking for: * Experience working in similar position desirable but not essential.
Workingg as part of a team in a busy production environment.
Proficiency in operating forklift an advantage but training can be provided.
Capable of taking a leading position in the planning and performance of work duties as an individual or as part of a team.
Your Responsibilities As a senior operative, take on first-line supervisory responsibilities including planning, assigning and evaluating the work of other operatives in the safe and efficient performance of work duties.
To be flexible, taking on additional duties that would not otherwise be part of the work expectations of a General Operative To meet the physical challenge of work involving lifting and moving of some products.
