Job Title: Senior Hotel Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and overseeing day-to-day hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations.
  • Oversee key departments including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services, maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Support with staff management, training, and development, motivating a large team to consistently deliver excellence.
  • Contribute to commercial performance, ensuring strong financial results.

Requirements:

  • Strong senior management experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
  • A proven background in high-volume F&B and hotel operations.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • A commercial mindset, with strong focus on service delivery, standards, and guest satisfaction.

Salary: €50,000+ (dependent on experience)
