A prestigious 4-star hotel located on the stunning coastline of Galway Bay offers an exceptional service and luxurious amenities to its guests. We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Manager to join our management team and help us maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
Job Description:
Oversee the overall management and coordination of hotel operations ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Supervise and support department managers to ensure staff performance is at its best. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Monitor staff performance, provide training and development opportunities, and conduct performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and standards. Manage inventory, budgets, and financial records related to hotel operations. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service principles. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism. Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
