We are currently recruiting an experienced Director of Rooms for this leading 5* Hotel Job Purpose: The Director of Roomswill oversee all aspects of Front Office, Accommodation including on premise Laundry, and Spa Departments.
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, working closely with the Hotel General Manager as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
Co-ordinating the guest journey across these 3 key departments.
Ensuring communication channels are clear and the guest experience is seamless throughout.
A demonstrable track record of success in 5 Star Luxury Hotel environment is essential for this role.
Success will include metrics on Guest Satisfaction / Finance / Team Development etc.
Chosen candidate will have exceptional levels of Attention to Detail and an ability to instill these standards in their team members.
The successful candidate will mentor and develop their team members, ensuring colleagues have individual succession plans creating growth opportunities, both within the hotel and the wider MHL Hotel Collection.

Sound financial analytical skills are essential.
Liaising with Senior Management and Finance Department, this candidate will be responsible for ensuring all Financial KPI's are met or exceeded.
