Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless hotel operation
  • Create a welcoming environment for guests
  • Address guest feedback and implement improvements
  • Maintain staff adherence to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual and company policy
  • Direct team members in operational departments
  • Assist Head of Department to improve procedures and systems
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in hotel management or related field
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, reservation systems, and customer service principles
  • Flexibility to work varied hours
