Key Hotels Management Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the operation of the hotel during scheduled shifts
- Manage and motivate staff, upholding a constant level of staff productivity
- Ongoing staff training in coffee, wine and food items
- Respond to customer queries and complaints
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Appraise personnel's performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
- Control costs and minimise waste
- Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 yrs experience as a manager in a relevant 3-4 star property essential
- Be a hands-on, natural leader who enjoys leading from the front
- Possion for quality food & drink
- Strong communicator with a high level of initiative
- Must be available to work afternoons, evenings and weekends
- Level-headed/sensible and consistent in nature, trustworthy and reliable
- Ability to work flexibly under pressure with a good sense of humour
- Approachable with excellent people skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong understanding of business management
