Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, with a focus on food and beverage related areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all departments, with a particular focus on F&B related areas.
  • Support and work with Heads of Department in running the hotel efficiently.
  • Install and follow efficient work methods and systems.
  • Review staff rotas to ensure adequate cover and maximize productivity.
  • Ensure kitchens and premises meet high standards of cleanliness and service readiness.
  • Conduct regular operations team meetings to drive performance and improvement.
  • Identify and implement standard operating procedures in all departments.
  • Monitor purchases and control purchase orders effectively.
  • Compile comprehensive financial reports to inform decision making.
  • Control stock levels and carry out random inspections to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Deal with suppliers and inspect departments for cleanliness and service readiness.
  • Work closely with Sales & Events Manager to prepare sales plans and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus.
  • Hands-on approach with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to think critically and come up with innovative solutions.
