Staff Grade Psychologist My client is a provider of servicesdedicated to providing a range of assessments and therapeutic options for children and families, including child psychology, occupational therapy, autism spectrum assessments and therapy, as well as general clinical assessments.

They have opened a new Therapy Clinic and as result are looking for a Staff Grade Psychologist in North Dublin.

This is a hybrid role and will involve both working from home and the option of either a part time or full-time working week.

The Staff Grade Psychologist will provide a high-quality psychological assessments and interventions for children, adolescents, and/or adults presenting with neurodevelopmental conditions, with a particular focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

The role includes diagnostic assessments, multidisciplinary collaboration, family support, and clinical reporting in line with best-practice guidelines.

Key Responsibilities of Staff Grade Psychologist Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using gold-standard tools (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R, Conners, WISC, etc.) Deliver neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations as part of a multidisciplinary team Interpret psychometric data and clinical findings to formulate diagnoses and recommendations Write detailed psychological reports to a high professional standard, suitable for families, referrers, and other stakeholders Provide psychoeducation, feedback sessions, and guidance to clients and families Liaise with schools, GPs, allied health professionals, and support services where appropriate Contribute to service development, audit, and evaluation of clinical pathways Engage in regular supervision and continuing professional development (CPD) Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records in line with GDPR and professional guidelines Requirements of Staff Grade Psychologist A recognised postgraduate qualification in Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychology Qualifications must be validated by the Department of Health Demonstrated experience conducting Autism and ADHD assessments using validated tools Strong report writing, assessment, and communication skills Knowledge of neurodiversity-affirming approaches and current evidence-based practices Benefits: Competitive salary and pension contributions Access to regular clinical supervision and CPD opportunities Flexible working arrangements Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunities for service innovation and professional growth #MEDAHP Skills: Psychology ADHD Autism Benefits: Work From Home
