Communications Assistant (Temporary 6 month FTC) -Immediate start Charity Sector | Dublin 7 | 16 - 18 / hour DOE Are you a communications professional early in your career, looking to work with purpose and make real impact? Were looking for a talented and motivated Communications Assistant to join a well-known Dublin-based charity supporting people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

This is a 6-month temporary role, with an immediate start, offering hands-on experience across campaigns, events, and brand communications and the chance to be part of work that changes lives.

Why this role? You'll be working directly with a passionate and experienced Senior Communications Manager, helping to drive major awareness and fundraising efforts.

With a packed calendar of meaningful events, this is your opportunity to contribute to high-profile campaigns while growing your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

What you'll do Provide day-to-day admin and project support to the Senior Communications Manager Help coordinate campaign assets and content with external agencies Support on public relations, brand awareness, and internal comms Assist in delivering major fundraising campaigns and events Write engaging content and review design work where needed Ensure smooth-running of the communications function so strategic work can thrive About you 12 years' experience in PR, marketing, or communications Excellent writing and content creation skills Organised, proactive, and happy to roll up your sleeves on a range of tasks Experience overseeing comms assets or design work is a plus Passionate about social impact and working in a values-led environment Working arrangements Fully onsite for the first month, then hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote) Based in Dublin City Centre - Dublin 7 This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a meaningful role, gain hands-on experience across all aspects of communications, and support a team thats making a real difference in peoples lives.
