The Role We're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the full commercial life cycle of our construction and retrofit projects.

This role is suited to a proactive, commercially minded professional who can deliver results while working closely with our internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Commercial Management: Manage all commercial aspects of assigned projects Track costs vs.

budgets and proactively manage risks Prepare Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) and KPI reports Tendering & Procurement: Identify and respond to relevant public and private tenders (etenders, Supply Gov, etc.) Break down tenders into work packages and issue them for pricing Source and manage subcontractors and suppliers Contract Management: Prepare and review contracts (Public Works, RIAI, M&E contracts) Ensure no scope gaps during procurement or execution Oversee valuations, variations, and timely payments Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure delivery Maintain cost-to-completion forecasts and cash flow projections Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and waste reduction Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, technical, and internal standards Required Experience Experience with the day-to-day construction industry, dealing directly with the project management team, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers.

Communication - confident and effective communicator who can deal directly with staff, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, with the ability to build lasting relationships.

Commercially aware - must have experience dealing with project teams onsite, ensuring costs are being monitored and tracked against budget, with the ability to take prompt action or escalate where required.

Contractually aware - be familiar with Public Works, RIAI, and other forms of contracts Tendering - experience with a builder/contractor or subcontractor, tendering for projects using etenders, supplygov, and public procurement process A proactive, trustworthy, and driven mindset Schedule Monday to Friday | 8-hour shifts Full-time, permanent role Ready to Make a Difference?
